4. Payment and charges

5. Limitation of liability
Digital Markitors will not be liable to any client, or any entity claiming under or through the client, for any loss of profit or benefit or any other indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether in an action in tort or contract relating to this agreement, even if Digital Markitors has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions contain the entire understanding and agreement of the parties regarding their subject matter. They may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Digital Markitors. An email or notification sent to the client’s last known email address will be deemed adequate notice of any changes to these terms and conditions.
