DHI International is a globally recognised hair restoration brand operating in a highly competitive healthcare industry. The objective of this engagement was to strengthen organic search visibility, improve technical SEO health, and increase qualified website traffic through sustainable, long-term optimisation. At the start of the project, the website faced multiple technical SEO challenges, including indexing inefficiencies, structural issues, and content gaps that limited search engine performance. Despite strong brand recognition, these limitations restricted the website’s ability to fully capture high-intent organic demand. A structured SEO approach was implemented to improve website health, enhance search visibility, and support consistent growth across competitive keywords in the hair transplant and aesthetic healthcare space
DHI International’s website was encountering several challenges that impacted organic performance and discoverability:
Technical SEO Issues: Critical errors related to sitemap structure, mixed content, and broken internal links affected crawlability and indexing.
High SEO Warnings: Thousands of SEO warnings, including missing image alt attributes and unoptimised resources, weakened overall website health.
Inconsistent Keyword Visibility: A large number of keywords were ranking beyond page two, limiting organic traffic potential.
Underutilised Organic Demand: Despite strong brand searches, non-branded and service-based keywords were not performing at their full potential.
Trust & Authority Signals: Domain authority and backlink quality required improvement to compete in a crowded healthcare search landscape.
These issues collectively limited the website’s ability to scale organic traffic and conversions.
A structured, phased SEO framework was implemented to address both foundational issues and long-term growth opportunities.
Technical SEO errors were resolved, reducing critical issues to zero and significantly lowering overall warnings.
Sitemap structure, internal linking, and crawl directives were corrected to improve indexing efficiency.
On-page optimisations were implemented, including improved heading hierarchy, image optimisation, and content structure.
Keyword strategy focused on moving high-intent terms from lower positions into page-one visibility.
Trust signals were strengthened through cleaner backlink profiles and improved domain authority metrics.
This approach ensured stability first, followed by scalable organic growth.
The impact of the SEO efforts was clearly visible between July 2023 and November 2023, with consistent improvements across traffic, rankings, and search visibility.
Organic performance became the primary growth driver, reducing reliance on paid traffic while increasing high-intent user acquisition.
